and Meditation teacher, will guide you in a centering and accessible practice. So whether you’re an experienced meditator or if you’ve never meditated before, please feel free to join! These weekly meditation sessions will be grounded in Mindfulness and a body-centered approach. Come start the week off with more serenity and feel the support as we practice together in community.
