This is a "feel good" moment to share how we can be good to ourselves, especially when things don’t go well or when we make mistakes. It’s often at this time that our own inner critic comes to the surface. We'll look at how we can deal with this critic, what we can learn from it, and how we can best befriend it to gain strength and positive energy.
