Spinefulness: Relieve Back and Joint Pain with John Raven
Monday, May 19
10-11h30
Dally Daoud Véronique Dance School
24 rue Juge, 75015 Paris
Join AAWE for a specialist-led session on improving posture and relieving body pains through proper alignment. This is a wonderful opportunity to benefit from practical solutions to everyday posture challenges.
Spinefulness, also known as Aplomb in France, is a unique practice rooted in the work of pioneering French women. It is based on decades of detailed, rigorous observation of pain-free cultures and young children who still maintain their natural alignment and balance with gravity in everyday life. Through a short, eye-opening slideshow, you’ll discover the real reason so many of us are in pain. An individual assessment will show you exactly where the problem lies and how a few simple shifts in how you sit can make you feel better over and over again. This empowering, restorative class is for all ages and body types. You’ll leave feeling better than when you arrived—and with tools you can use anytime, even while sitting at your desk.
Spaces are limited. AAWE members 10€50 / Guests 15€50
***Please wear looser fitting softer pants/clothes, jeans do not work well!***
