AAWE Live Play-Reading Group

The AAWE Play Reading group will meet for the last time of the season on June 5th to read out loud Lauren Gunderson's "Artemisia", which will give you an insight into this 17th century painter whose work is currently on exhibit in Paris. According to one reviewer, "The play is a work of humor and warmth that celebrates the courage, artistry, and humanity of a woman who attacked the glass ceiling with every brush stroke."
The organizer of the Play Reading Group will be sending out a PDF of the script ahead of the reading. We will choose roles at the beginning of the meeting.
