Are you missing your Mom (or Dad)? Are you experiencing anticipatory grief due to her cognitive decline or to the fact that her health is declining, her death feels imminent and you are stuck abroad or are you grieving her because she has passed? We have created a safe space which we auto-facilitate. You can express your experience and feelings and everyone listens to each person who shares. Advice is only given when asked for. Empathy, support and sisterhood is the objective and what goes on in the room stays in the room If you feel this space is what you need during your parental journey, then please sign-up. Room capacity is 7 plus one member facilitator. No walk-ins for space and respect reasons - only RSVPs.
