Zoom meetup for all members who wish to participate in a virtual social gathering and discussion.
Our topic for discussion this month will be “Books for Winter Reading”. The weather is getting colder and the days are getting shorter – time to curl up under a warm blanket with a good book. Let’s share some recommendations at our next meetup. Choose one or two or three (max) that you’ve enjoyed reading and say a few words about each. The book can be fiction or non-fiction, a recently published book or an old favorite. Please note that this is not a Bookniks discussion type of meeting, but simply a brief introduction of books that you think other members might enjoy.
If you are planning to attend, please email the name(s) of the book(s) you’ll be recommending to Carol so we can see if we have too few or too many for our 1½ hour meeting.
