Gather with your friends and chefs to enjoy wine, cheese and charcuterie. Open to all AAWE and FAWCO members.
There will be a choice of 3 activities:
Pasta Making Workshop: Make Your Own Ravioli!
Join us in this lively atelier to make your own ravioli from scratch. You will be able to take home 2 boxes of your hard work.
This event choice includes the post-workshop apéro.
Cheese Making: Make Your Own Mozzarella!
Artisanal atelier where you will learn how to make your own mozzarella. You will leave with approximately 300g of cheese.
This event choice includes the post-workshop apéro.
Apéro
with wine, cheese and charcuterie will immediately
follow both workshops.
This event choice is ideal for members who prefer to skip
the Pasta and Cheese making workshops.
Please note: Based on time constraints, members will be able to attend either the Pasta or the Cheese Making Workshop.
Members attending the Pasta or Cheese Making Workshop will not need to sign up for the apéro. Spaces for these two events are limited.
Class start time for pasta and cheese is 5:30pm. Apéro begins at 6pm.
FAWCO members will require a special registration code.
No registration code required for AAWE members.
