AAWE members are invited to the American Church In Paris’ private screening 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 20, of the award-winning documentary, “In the Name of Your Daughter” (1.25 hours), to learn about girls trying to escape female genital mutilation (FGM) in Tanzania. AAWE member Rhobi Samwelly, who runs safe houses in the country, features in the film and joins us to discuss the economic and social forces at work. Read more about Rhobi here.
